When it comes to choosing a body cream, the choice becomes very difficult. For people like me who has a very sensitive skin type, choosing a cream becomes even more technical. But i've devised means for you and me to choose the best cream for your skin.

 Step 1

Understand your skin type:
 Your skin type will greatly be affected by genes. how -you may ask. Let's say basically, your colouring, stature, is as a result of your inheritance from your parent. so if you can inherit your colour that means you can also inherit your skin type.Therefore your skin type depends on which of your parent has the dominance in your inheritance.

Major skin types are

• dry skin and
•  oily skin

Step 2
Understand the type of cream that work with your skin.

• Dry skin types: if you have a dry skin type, an oily cream wil be the the best for you.
• Oily skin : for these type of skin, a mosturizing cream is advised.

|Apart from this, the scent of the cream is also very important cos there are creams with very lovely fragrance.
Anyway all these steps are all preamble cos your personal preference is the best.
